Competition Terms and Conditions
1 Competition Period: This competition is a monthly competition which starts on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the month. The very first completion will open on April 4thth 2007 and the winner will be selected at the end of April 2007
2 Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or over. Employees of One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd and any other companies associated with the competition are forbid from entering. For the purposes of this clause, immediate family is defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee, officer or director.) Participants must not permit other persons to enter the competition in their place. Void in all countries and territories other than the United Kingdom
3 How to Register/Enter: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE COMPETITION. Participants must register by means of an online form to enter the competition. To register for the competition click the enter button after reading these terms and conditions and complete the online form. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person using one or more email accounts will result in disqualification.
4 Rules of game: The competition will be conducted in accordance with these rules. The prize winner will be selected at random at the end of the competition period from among all eligible entries received. The game will be conducted under the supervision of Ident Image Ltd by an external source.
5 Odds of winning: The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
6 Prizes: The prize for the winner is listed within the relevant competition page. The prize winner will be notified by email and or telephone and prizes will be delivered by means of prior arrangement. The prize winner may be required to confirm various personal details (including without limitation their name, address and nationality). One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd will rely on the contents of your reply to determine in its absolute discretion whether you are entitled to win a prize, and you therefore agree to indemnify One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd from any liability it may or does incur as result of the incorrect contents of that reply, furthermore One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd will not be responsible for errors or omissions in that reply. If any prize or prize notification is returned undelivered or any prize remains unclaimed for 15 business days, the prize winner may be disqualified. In such an event, the prize will be awarded to another participant selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing date. As a condition of being awarded a prize, prize winners may be required to submit valid identification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability to One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd within a specific time limit. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and the award of the prize to another entry. Participants further grant to One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The prize winner may be required to provide One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd with proof that they are the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
7 Internet: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE One stop led shop WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITION WILL BE VIEWED AS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE BY A PARTICIPANT, One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SAID PARTICIPANT AND SEEK ALL DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries, for incorrect or incomplete entry information, whether caused by a participant, equipment or technical malfunction or by any other human error. In the event of a dispute, the authorised account holder of an email address will be responsible for any actions attributable to that email address. For the purposes of this clause, "authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet service provider or other organisation (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
8 Disclaimers/notices: By entering the competition, participants release and hold harmless One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or any prize won. One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd are not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the competition or administration of the game, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these official rules, the operation of the competition, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd hereby exclude all warranties, express or implied by law including without limitation those relating to fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality in relation to the operation of the web site, the game or any prizes awarded. One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and/or the official rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the competition. In the event that the competition is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or modify the competition, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. For the avoidance of doubt One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd reserves the right to halt the game at any time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, etc.
9 Winners List /Rules: A winners list may be obtained 28 days after the closing date by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd, PO Box 8033, Huncote, Leicester, LE9 3WW. 11 Data Protection Act: In accordance with the data protection act, One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd will not divulge any information gathered by means of online forms to any third party unless otherwise agreed beforehand. In line with the requirements for this online competition, your agreement to One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd in using the gathered information for its own use and for the sharing of information with any ofOne stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd associates is required. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that One stop led shop and pulse lighting Ltd and any of its associates may from time to time send you information which may be of interest to you.
