Shipping & Returns (
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Our minimum postage and package charge is £2.00 and all postage after that is calculated on order weight.
We can also ship to you using Recorded Delivery. For this service, please select 'Recorded Delivery' from the categories side box present on the left of every page.
Return Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a refund subject to the following conditions:
You do have the right to cancel your order upon receipt of your goods if the following instances apply:
1. You must let us have written conformation that you no longer wish to own the goods ordered for whatever reason within 5 days of receipt of your order. This assumes that the goods are in perfect condition for
for re-sale. A 10% charge will be deducted for payment transactions.
This being the case, you will be required to ship back to us within the 5 day period the goods, in the original packaging, or if destroyed, new packaging to match. Any damage caused in transit back to us will
be your liability. You will also be required to pay the costs of shipping back to us and this will be non-refundable.
2. If your goods are delivered to you damaged, you will be required to inform us in writing immediately and then send the goods back to us in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. You must also send
us your proof of postage (receipt) if you use a special delivery otherwise we will assume you have sent it back first class post. These costs will be added to your refund, unless you require a replacement and in
this case we will refund your postage.
3. We will not be able to accept any responsibility for lost items if you do not provide a proof of postage certificate (available from post office) or send back by recorded or special delivery..
